Every Pantry-to-Plate creation is stored to your dashboard with its hero image, macros, timers and hands-free narration intact — a private library that grows with your cooking. Weekly meal plans, leftover intelligence and one-tap grocery syncing follow your account, so the Sunday plan is still there on Thursday, wherever you are. You can see your monthly AI allowance, remaining generations and top-up credits at a glance, and manage or change your membership whenever you like. Health Wins tracks the habits that matter — oily fish, legumes, leafy greens, lower sodium — and Chef's Notes keeps the adjustments you made along the way. Creating an account is absolutely free: it includes unlimited recipe viewing, pantry tools and one free AI recipe generation per user. Sessions are encrypted in transit, passwords are hashed and never visible to us, and payments are handled entirely by Stripe. You can delete your account at any time by asking through the contact form, and we remove your profile and saved content as described in our privacy policy. Basic and Premium memberships unlock hands-free Start Cooking mode, higher generation limits and special-occasion menus.
