How does AI recipe generation work?
Tell Pantry-to-Plate what is in your kitchen and which dietary focus applies — Mediterranean, keto, blood-pressure friendly, allergen exclusions — and it composes an original recipe with ingredients, scaled macros, step-by-step timings, a hands-free narration script and an editorial hero image. Each completed generation uses one credit; failed generations are refunded.
What happens when my monthly allowance runs out?
Your allowance resets on your billing date. If you need more before then, a one-time credit pack tops you up — credits never expire and are only spent after the monthly allowance is used, so you never lose what you paid for.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Memberships are month to month with no minimum term. Cancel whenever you like and you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for; after that the account reverts to the free tier and your saved recipes remain in your dashboard.
How is billing handled?
All payments are processed securely by Stripe in euro; card details never reach our servers. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled, and a receipt is emailed for every charge. As set out in our terms, payments are non-refundable, which is why the free tier exists — try the AI kitchen before you commit.
Can I switch between Basic and Premium?
At any time. Upgrading takes effect immediately with the larger allowance applied to the new period; downgrading takes effect at your next renewal. Any purchased credit packs stay in your balance through either change.
