How the Launch Day Challenge works
GeniusCook was built on one idea: clean, globally inspired food should be effortless to cook and joyful to share. The Launch Day Challenge is how we open that kitchen to everyone. Choose one of the four creation tools on this page — the free-form AI Recipe Generator, Pantry Raid for whatever is already on your shelves, the Macro Balancer for precise nutrition targets, or the Flavour Pairing Lab for unexpected but harmonious combinations — and the chef writes a complete, cookable recipe with timings, quantities, method and full macro breakdown.
Every generated dish arrives as an editable draft. Rename it, adjust servings, rewrite a step in your own voice, add the ingredient your grandmother always insisted on. When it feels like yours, flip the contest toggle and publish. Your recipe joins the public Launch Feed with your name and avatar attached, the submission timestamp is recorded, and the entry is linked securely to your profile so nobody else can claim it.
The community decides the winner. Anyone can browse the feed, open a recipe in full, and press like on the dishes they would actually cook tonight. Views and likes are tracked live on every card, and you can follow your own standings in the My Submissions tab. When the challenge closes, the entry with the most love wins a full year of GeniusCook Premium — unlimited generations across every tool in the app, from Chef's Gamble to the Special Occasion Kitchen.
Recipes published here are also filed into your personal recipe box, so they can join a meal-prep week, feed a shopping list, or become a page in your own printable flipbook cookbook. Nothing you create is ever lost.
